Fast Delivery Items
Items marked "Fast delivery" are expected to arrive by the estimated delivery date. Delivery may be delayed due to customs, inspections, strikes, or other governmental actions.
You are entitled to a refund if:
Your item arrives damaged.
Your package is lost in transit.
Your package is not delivered within 30 days of shipment.
If the package arrives after the refund, you may keep the item at no cost.
You may keep the item if it arrives after the refund.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
Free Returns
You may return items within the order protection period.
The first return on each order is free (up to 5 times per month).
Refunds may be reduced if the returned item is used, damaged, or missing parts/accessories.

EU: Right to refunds for faulty, lost, or undelivered goods.
US: Right to refund or replacement for damaged or undelivered items.
