2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to most countries around the world. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.


3. Where do you ship from?

Our gifts are shipped directly from our main fulfillment centers in Asia, mainly Hong Kong and China. Shipping times may vary depending on product availability.


4. Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get your gifts to you as soon as possible.

  • To change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

  • Requests made after this period cannot be guaranteed, as your order may already be in processing.

  • If your order has already shipped, you can return it for a full refund according to our Return Policy.


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, and Apple Pay.
All transactions are securely encrypted for your safety.


6. When will my order be processed?

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, usually within 1–3 business days.
Please allow extra time during holidays and sale periods. Note that we do not ship on weekends.


7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to international shipping, most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks depending on your location.
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.


8. What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, you’re eligible for a full refund.
